from Riffin' for Rent,
track released February 1, 2009
Big Sir - guitar and vocals, Bushwick Ronnie - drums, Keith Avenue - bass, Kathleen Cholewka - backing vocals
Dirty and low-hanging riffs with electric blues inspired lyrics. Perfect to just kick back and drop out to. You'll sit there and wonder how a band could be so damn good. Max Johnson
Octave fuzz and plenty of swagger. Solid, surprising, catchy and replayable.
Addendum: Ive replayed this many times now and each song becomes my favourite when it comes on now...Then the album is over far too quickly and I'm singing along with more and more of it and that's the best sign isn't it? A truly consistent, infectious listen.
🤘🤘 Doom King
This album rips off such heavy riffs hard from start to finish. I love the bluesy swing with the vocals, the screaming guitar, thundering bass and delirious, vital, pounding and crashing drums. Every track is great. frogczar

A slow drip of Tropicália-infused psychedelia from New Orleans rock outfit Blue Basin: balmy one moment, aggressive the next. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 22, 2022
Did Jim Morrison really die in Paris, after hearing this band it seems none of The Doors have gone, they just changed their name and went underground. Fans of Jim and crew buy this ! The Midnight Toker.
